Service Description

Legal Consultation Immigration Legal Services Agreement Effective Date: January 8, 2024 Introduction Section A: General Description This agreement outlines the terms and conditions between US Visa LATAM and independent attorneys who provide immigration legal services to clients purchasing specific services. The relationship with US Visa LATAM is subject to its Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Scope of Representation Section B: Services Offered Legal Consultation Provide your immigration status, goals, and concerns in a 30-minute phone call. Receive guidance on visa selection, including recommendations for relevant US Visa LATAM services. Document review (forms and supporting materials). The attorney’s representation is strictly limited to the services described above and excludes additional legal work such as filing documents or representing clients in legal proceedings. Third Parties Section C: Third-Party Attorney Each Third-Party Attorney acts independently, exercising legal judgment without interference from US Visa LATAM. They must prioritize the client’s best interests, provide competent assistance, and comply with professional conduct rules. Attorney Compensation Section D: Fee Structure Upon payment to US Visa LATAM, a portion is allocated to the Attorney (“Flat Fee”). The Flat Fee becomes the property of the Attorney upon receipt and is not held in a trust account. Termination of the attorney-client relationship may or may not entitle the client to a refund. Your Consent Regarding Communications with the Attorney Section E: Communication Consent Clients authorize US Visa LATAM to receive, store, and review communications between them and the Attorney, maintaining confidentiality as required by law. Client Acknowledgment Section F: Acknowledgment By proceeding, clients acknowledge: Understanding of this Immigration Legal Services Agreement The Attorney relies on the information provided by the client No guarantee of a favorable outcome Services are limited in scope The attorney-client relationship ends upon completion or termination of services Responsibility for the Flat Fee deducted from payment to US Visa LATAM, with no obligation for additional compensation
