Get your permanent residency through a job offer in the United States.
Visa EB-3 PERM
Skilled workers, professionals with a university degree, and unskilled workers may obtain a Green Card through a permanent job offer in the United States, with the support of an immigration attorney experienced in labor certification processes.

WHAT IS EB-3 PERM?
It is the third preference employment-based immigration category under INA 203(b)(3), designed for a U.S. employer to sponsor a foreign worker for permanent residency. It covers three subcategories: skilled workers with two or more years of experience, professionals with a university degree, and unskilled workers.
🔹 It applies to three profiles:
EB-3 Professional (A)(ii): positions that require at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent as an entry requirement — such as engineers, accountants, analysts, nurses with a BSN, etc.
EB-3 Skilled Worker (A)(i): positions that require at least two years of training or experience — such as chefs, certified welders, specialized technicians, electricians, specialized mechanics, and construction supervisors.
EB-3 Unskilled Worker / “Other Worker” (A)(iii): positions requiring less than two years of experience — such as cleaning staff, kitchen assistants, and general laborers. This subcategory typically has longer consular processing times.

BENEFITS
✅ Permanent Green Card for the worker, their spouse, and unmarried children under 21
✅ No investment capital required (unlike E-2 or EB-5)
✅ No advanced degree or international recognition required (unlike EB-1A or EB-2 NIW)
✅ The spouse may apply for work authorization (EAD) during the adjustment of status (I-485)
✅ Direct path to citizenship after five years of residency
✅ Schedule A for nurses and physical therapists: PERM is waived, which speeds up the entire process
✅ Includes profiles that other categories do not cover — cooks, technicians, and skilled labor workers

✔ Employers who can document ongoing financial ability to pay the offered wage
✔ Employers offering a bona fide position, not created specifically for the worker
✔ Professionals with a university degree (EB-3 Professional)
✔ Workers with two or more years of documented experience (EB-3 Skilled)
✔ Nurses and physical therapists (Schedule A — no PERM required)

OUR METHODOLOGY
At US Visa LATAM, we work with two EB-3 audiences: the worker who needs to find or secure a sponsor, and the employer who requires full guidance to properly sponsor a foreign worker. From there:
Worker eligibility audit
Job and employer audit
Proper PERM requirement design
Prevailing wage determination
PERM preparation and filing (ETA-9089)
I-140 preparation
Ability to pay documentation
Support through adjustment of status or consular processing
Schedule A
We do not take cases we do not believe in. A poorly structured EB-3 case can take three years only to end in denial; the time and financial cost for both employer and worker is significant.
